Not professional advice
PLAI is software for baseball scoring, recaps, and video. Nothing on the site or in the app is legal, medical, or official league advice. These pages are not a substitute for a lawyer.
Scores, stats, and recaps
Scorebooks, stats, spray charts, and recaps depend on what a scorer enters (and on optional recap writing tools). They can be incomplete, late, or wrong. Do not treat PLAI as the official book of a league, tournament, or school unless that organization says so.
Video streams and highlights
Live or recorded video may be hosted by a third party (such as YouTube) or played as a clip inside PLAI. Streams can drop, delay, or disappear. Highlight clips may miss plays or fail to generate. Mahy Group LLC is not responsible for a third-party player, a team’s camera, or a network at the field.
The field is not PLAI
PLAI does not run your games, hire umpires, or supervise youth sports on the field. Coaches, clubs, and families remain responsible for safety, permissions, and how they use photos, names, and video of players — including minors.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, PLAI and Mahy Group LLC are not liable for missed pitches, wrong scores, lost clips, stream outages, recruiting outcomes, or other losses from using (or being unable to use) the platform.
PLAI does not provide insurance for teams, families, or events, and does not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or that video will be available when you want it.
